Updates the company-wide absence trigger. More than one threshold can apply at once, for example 3 occurrences in 6 months and 5 in 12 months, and reaching either one fires a review.

Sets a trigger for one employee that overrides the company default, with a reason recorded. Applying the same adjustment again is reported as already done rather than duplicated.
