Document Generation
All generated documents use today's date automatically, and Terio tells you which details it still needs from you, such as a meeting date or location, rather than leaving placeholder text in the letter.

Saving and finding documents
Documents are drafted in the chat first. Nothing is saved until you say so: after a draft, Terio offers to save it to the employee's record and asks you to confirm.
Example query
What documents do we have for [name]
Lists the documents saved on the employee's record. Open any of them from the list.
Example query
Mark [name]'s [document] as signed
Changes a saved document's status. Statuses are draft, active, signed, archived and expired. Managers and admins only, and Terio confirms first.
Uploading a file
Example query
Upload a document for [name]
Opens the upload window so you can attach a PDF, Word document or image to the employee's record. Files up to 10 MB are accepted; anything larger, or a type that isn't supported, is refused with a message saying why.
To copy a draft into your own template, select the text in the chat and paste it into your word processor.
