Company Shutdown Days
Admins can close the company for a date range, for example over Christmas, so those days stop counting as working days for new leave bookings and absences.

Terio works out which of those days are already weekends or bank holidays and skips them, then asks to confirm before storing the rest as closure days.

Lists the company’s closure days, employees can ask this too.

Removes closure days between those dates so they count as normal working days again. Admin only, and Terio asks you to confirm first.
Leave already booked over a period before it’s closed keeps the hours it was booked with; the closure only affects bookings and absences made from then on.
Only an admin can set shutdown days, a manager asking will be told to go to an admin instead.
