Terio is an AI-powered HR platform for UK businesses. Instead of navigating menus and filling in forms, you have a conversation. Ask Terio anything about your people, leave balances, absence history, disciplinary records, and get an instant answer. You can also take action through the same conversation: book leave, issue warnings, update contracts, generate documents.

Terio works for three types of users:

• Admins have full access to all employee data, company settings, and HR actions across the whole organisation.
• Managers can see data for their direct team, approve leave, and take HR actions for the people they manage.
• Employees can view their own record, check their leave balance, and make requests.
