Setting Your Password
When you accept your invite, you are taken to a password setup page. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one number or symbol. The rules are listed beside the field and tick off as you meet them, and the same rules apply when you create an account or reset your password.
Resetting Your Password
On the login page click Forgot password.
Enter your email address.
If an account exists you will receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
Click the link in the email to set a new password.
The link expires after 1 hour, and only works once, after that, request a new one.
Automatic Sign Out
Terio signs you out automatically after 3 hours with no activity in the browser (no clicks, typing, touches or scrolling). This protects sensitive HR data if you walk away from a screen. You will need to sign back in to continue.
Remember Me
Tick "Remember me" on the login page and Terio will keep your email address filled in next time, on that device, so you only have to type your password. It also keeps you signed in for longer instead of ending your session the moment you close your browser.
Leave it unticked on a shared or public computer.
