Points and Outcomes

A formal grievance can be broken into individual points. Once a meeting is held, Terio expects an outcome recorded against every point, each with its own reasoning, which always comes from the person deciding, never from Terio itself.

Documents

Four documents can be generated for a grievance: an acknowledgement, a meeting invite, a script for the chair to run the meeting from, and the outcome letter.
