Choosing the Right Process
Before starting any formal process, ask Terio in plain terms, "I want to give Sam a warning" is enough. Terio checks the route first: is this actually misconduct, a capability issue, a health matter, or a grievance? Each needs a different process, and Terio will steer you to the right one rather than assume.
If harassment or police involvement comes up at any point, Terio flags it for specialist advice rather than treating it as a routine disciplinary matter.
