Going Live and Inviting Your Team
"Going live" means sending your people their invitation emails. Until you do, they are set up in Terio but cannot sign in.
At the end of setup
- Go Live sends every invitation straight away.
- Not Yet stores everyone without sending anything, so you can check the structure first or wait for a start date.
If you chose Not Yet
While anyone is waiting for an invitation, admins see a banner across the top of Terio: how many people have been set up but not invited yet, with a Go live button.
Click Go live in the banner.
Terio asks you to confirm: it tells you how many people will be emailed and that this can only be done once.
Click Send invitations. A counter shows the invitations going out.
When everyone has been invited the banner disappears, so it cannot be used twice. If an email fails for someone (a mistyped address, say), that person is put back in the waiting list and the banner returns until they have been invited.

Sends a fresh invitation to one person who has not accepted yet.

Resend all pending invites
Sends fresh invitations to everyone who has not yet accepted. Terio confirms how many will receive the email first.
An invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it has expired, resend it.
